Valentine's Day Cocktails

Last week some of my friends and I shared some fabulous Valentine's Day inspired cocktails and today I am sharing more about them on the blog!

Let's start with my drink!

This was a very simple drink. I made it with tons of crushed ice, 2oz of Titos vodka, 1 part cranberry juice, 1 part fresh made lemonade (shake vigorously) pour over ice and top off with a little bit of dry champagne (it cuts the sweetness). I also rimmed my glass with sugar and topped it with a beautiful flower! The way your cocktail looks is just as important as the way it tastes!

Stacy made the most gorgeous cocktail!

This fabulous concoction is called "The Love Potion." I love the way she used heart shaped ice cubes and garnished it with dried rose petals. It all made for such a stunning view.

What you'll need:

3oz gin

1 oz lime juice

1 oz elder flower liquor

Rosé champagne

Shake first 3 ingredients over ice in shaker.

Pour into champagne coupe rimmed glass rimmed with sugar or cocktail crystals.

Top with Rosé champagne.

If you love Moscow Mules then this ones is for you! Introducing the "Be Mine Moscow Mule" I adore the rosemary, strawberries and the conversation hearts that add a whimsical feel to this classic drink!

What you'll need for Ashley's recipe is:

2 ounces vodka

3 ounces ginger beer

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

3 ripe strawberries, halved

1/2 tablespoon sugar

Shake together and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, strawberries and conversation hearts!

Tami made the beautiful martini called "The French Kiss."

This drink in the most romantic setting with the beautiful coup martini glasses sets the vibe for Valentine's Day for sure!

What you'll need:

(Per 2 martinis)

2 parts vodka

1 part chambord

2 parts pineapple juice

1 part pasteurized egg white

Splash of pomegranate juice

Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over a chilled glass. Top with extra froth. Garnish with a sugared candy heart for a Valentine’s Day twist!

You can also watch Tami make it here.

Kelsi made the most spectacular mock-tail!

Kelsi made the this mock-tail out of the coveted Target gum-ball machines!

I don't know if I love the actual drink or the garnishes more?! This can be a fun drink for kids too!

Kelsi shows how she made this fun drink in her reels!

I hope you enjoy trying some of these drinks out for Valentine's Day!

Xo,

Mimi
