Okay guys, so I tried out the MySmile teeth whitening kit and I must say, I absolutely loved it! It was super easy to use and only takes about 10 minutes per day.
I found myself using it at night time while in my craft room crafting for two reasons: 1) You can't consume anything that can stain your teeth for up to 8 hours so doing it before bed makes the most sense and 2) the 10 minutes flew by while I was crafting, I had to remind myself to take the kit out of my mouth. Luckily the light goes off after 10minutes to remind you that time is up!
It's a 7 day treatment so you wont see the true results until you are completely finished!
