Give A Little Happy To Everyone You Love!

This post has been sponsored by American Greetings. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Guys, it’s Valentine Season! I know, I know we just finished the holidays but am I the only one already plotting on Valentine’s Day? For me, I think preserving traditions is so important, especially with my daughters.

Something George and I always do for them on Valentine’s Day is get them American Greetings® Valentine cards! George and I go to Wegman’s (where it looks like cupid has taken over and inhabited the entire store for Valentine’s Day), we go straight to the American Greetings® section and take our time finding the most perfect cards for them. We normally get them 2 cards each since they have the “Buy 3 cards and save $4” deal! That's another reason why we love Wegmans; they always have spectacular deals going on!

We also ALWAYS go back to Wegmans but bring the girls with us so that they can pick out American Greeting® cards for their Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts & Uncles! It’s a tradition that they cherish because they feel like they are a part of something that is so thoughtful. Our daughters really enjoy going to Wegmans because we have to walk by all the Valentine's Day decor to get to the American Greetings® card section! Again, with the “Buy 3 cards and save $4” deal, why wouldn’t you take advantage and send happy mail to everyone in your family. In my most sincere opinion, this has been a year of separation so sending American Greetings® through the mail to cheer up someone’s day is critical. It’s a great way to #stayconnected to the ones that matter most to you. If you are like a lot of people and have trouble knowing what to write in cards, check out American Greetings® site. They have an entire page dedicated to “what to write” to help guide you, even specifically for Valentine’s Day.

Another thing we really cherish is the look in our daughter’s eyes when they rush to open their American Greetings® cards. Now that Sofia knows how to read, she LOVES to read them for her and her sister out loud.

They both love to put the cards on display in their rooms. After the season is over, I put all of their cards in a memory box so that they can have them forever!

After what we’ve been through, we all deserve a little fun, so celebrate the season of love with the people you love and don’t forget to take advantage of the “Buy 3 cards and save $4” deal at Wegmans!

Xo,

Mimi
