Refreshing and delicious!
I normally make this with chopped Italian parsley and lots of chopped Kalamata olives but I didn't have any in the fridge. You can add whatever you desire to this pasta salad. It's always a refreshing side to a meal or for your main meal. I also have to say, I am not good with measurements and such. I eyeball all of seasoning because like I stated above; I've been cooking for a long time and just know. I recommend that everyone try their own food before serving it. How else will you know if you need more salt or pepper?
